General Information

Vocational College of Technical Sciences continues its education with 3360 students and a total of 71 staff, 57 of whom are permanent academic staff. Education in the programs of our college is carried out in advanced workshop and laboratory environments supported by the World Bank. With its highly qualified teaching staff, it offers education at an international level, its corporate culture is strong, and its graduates are preferred. At the same time, it aims to be the most respected and recognized vocational college in the country in the field of research and profession. Vocational College of Technical Sciences has 10 Departments, 20 Programs in I. Education and II. It continues education with a total of 22 programs, 2 of which are in education.

Vocational College of Technical Sciences has the UK-based EDEXCEL (Excellence in Education) certificate and ISO 9001: 2015 quality certificate. Within the framework of university-industry cooperation, it is ensured that students benefit from production technologies and develop their professional skills in industrial establishments in the region. Our college has cooperation protocols with many businesses in the region on subjects such as internships, technical trips, applied training. Today, our graduate students are especially preferred in meeting the qualified intermediate staff needs of our industrialists.

Technical Sciences Vocational College has been serving in the main campus in Değirmenaltı since 1992-1993 academic year. Our students have the opportunity to benefit from all the facilities on campus. It is very easy to access the facilities of our university, which consist of units such as indoor sports hall, swimming pool, fitness center built for sports and social activities. Our Vocational College is located very close (100-150 meters) from the central student cafeteria on the campus and the dormitories of the Directorate of Credit and Hostels Institution. In addition, our students do not experience accommodation problems due to the presence of many private dormitories in the immediate vicinity.
